Rayko Kolemanov

Rayko Kolemanov, head of the Arts and Culture department of the City People's Council, was elected chairman at the annual meeting of 31 March 1977, succeeding Nino Ninov.
His term saw the oratorio "Friendship" at Varna Summer '77 and the exchange visit to Rostock in 1978. In the autumn of 1978 he became director of the Palace of Culture and Sports.
